Twayna’s highly anticipated live show Black Girl achieved excellent critical acclaim at the Edinburgh Fringe 2017. Her extraordinary back story paired with her unique pop culture execution singled her out as a newcomer to watch. 

Her follow up BBC Radio 4 series and BBC Sounds roundtable discussion format Twayna Mayne: Black Woman received a full standing ovation on record, with widespread critical acclaim and went on to be nominated for Best Comedy Production at the BBC Radio & Music Awards 2020. 

Twayna Mayne: Black Woman has been commissioned for a second series, due to be released in 2021.
